I reached out for help and felt pressured to sort things out quickly, but support never got back to me. It was frustrating and made the whole experience feel really poor. Not impressed.

"Process wasn’t clear enough for me"
I tried claimdefame.com after my brother mentioned it, but I felt lost through most of the process. The steps weren’t explained very clearly, and after I submitted my info, I didn’t really know what was supposed to happen next.
Maybe it works better for other people, but I personally needed more updates and a clearer timeline. It all felt a bit too vague for me, so I probably wouldn’t use it again

I reached out to claimdefame.com the response time was way too slow for what I needed. With something like this, you expect at least a quick update or some kind of acknowledgment so you know someone is actually handling it.
Maybe they were busy, but sitting around waiting with no clear communication got frustrating fast. I felt like I had to keep following up and doing extra work just to get basic answers, which isn’t really what you want when you’re already dealing with a stressful issue.

"I don’t know why, but I expected better results"
I used claimdefame for a reputation-related issue for a while, and I don’t know why, but I really expected to see more improvement than I did. The communication was okay, but I still felt like I wasn’t totally clear on what was actually being done or whether it was making a difference. For me, the results just weren’t strong enough, and I probably wouldn’t use them again unless there was a clearer plan and more noticeable progress.

They seemed to know the defamation basics well, but the response times were kind of slow?! A few replies also weren’t as clear as I hoped, so I had to follow up more than expected. Overall, decent help, just not the smoothest experience.

I’ve been using it mostly for the privacy features and, honestly... it feels good enough for what I need. Not saying it’s perfect or anything, but I haven’t had any major concerns so far.

I tried signing up for claimdefame.com i gave up fast!!! The onboarding felt confusing and just wasn’t smooth at all. There were too many steps, and half the time I wasn’t even sure what information they wanted or why they needed it!!! Maybe the service is better once everything is set up, but just getting started was frustrating enough to turn me off. Definitely not the best first impression!!!

I found their emails confusing, and that made me a bit uneasy. I like to be clear on details before making any decisions, so not fully understanding their replies felt like a risk I wasn’t comfortable with.

"Fair price and a smooth experience"
I ended up using Claim Defame after looking around at a few other options, their pricing felt really fair to me. It wasn’t super cheap, but it also didn’t feel overpriced, which I definitely appreciated.
What made me feel good about the whole thing was how upfront they were about the cost. I knew what I was paying from the start, and thankfully, there weren’t any surprise fees or weird charges later on.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish their replies had been a little faster at times. Still, overall, I’m happy with how it worked out and feel like it was a reasonable value.

I didn’t feel totally comfortable using this site, to be honest. The instructions weren’t as clear as I expected, especially when it came to entering my information, so it made me second-guess whether I could really trust it. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Professional, but took some chasing"
They were professional and their replies were clear enough, so that part was easy. It did take longer than I was hoping though, and I felt like I had to put in a bit more effort following up than I expected. Still, overall I’m happy with how everything turned out.

I’m really relieved they handled everything and got me a good result. I was stressed the whole time, and yeah, there were moments where I wasn’t sure what was going on, but in the end they came through and won my case. So I’m happy with how it turned out
